On behalf of our very successful well established client with operations in Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh, we are looking for a highly responsible, self motivated fluent Tamil speaking Operations Manager with strong finance ability to be based at the Holding company in Dubai.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a holding company environment with limited staff, working autonomously, managing multiple functions for three offices.
Manage company finance and operations - Co-ordinate with Financial Auditors for Annual reports
Financial analysis, planning and analysis
Sourcing of products
Supplier contracts/negotiation
Supplier - agency commission management
Co-ordination/process changes/manage and implement policies
HR Process management - policies approval
Analysis and implementation of new strategies
Salary + vehicle provided, fuel and phone allowance, fixed annual airfare, medical insurance

Requirements:
Educational : Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
Experience: Operations and finance management or in a similar role for minimum 10 years
Knowledge: MS office, G Suite, Tally ERP, SAP Business One
Languages: English and Tamil
