Admin & HR Manager, Arabic speaking  REF 139

Our Client, a Government owned entity, specialising in Consultancy and IT solutions is looking for an Arabic speaking Administration/HR Manager.

Degree educated, you will have UAE experience in an all round role incorporating office management, payroll management, HR management, HR policy reviews and update, training needs analysis and co-ordination, facilities management, etc.,

You will report to and co-ordinate activities with the GM and Group Head.
The accountant, PRO, internal auditor and collections team will report to you.

Dubai based role.
8 hours Monday to Thursday - office based, and half day Friday, home based.
Salary: up to AED15,000 plus air ticket, medical.

Overview of role:

Plan all HR functions and run the whole HR department in the organization. 
Ensure all the organization’s administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time. 
Perform a role that encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training.
It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development. 

You will be experienced in all HR and Administration disciplines and be an excellent generalist manager and leader.
