Our client is an established company offering Team building experiences to Corporates, Schools, Special Interest Groups, Outdoor Action Adventures, Venue for Product Launches, Special Occasions, etc.

You need to have minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar senior sales position preferably in L&E or Hospitality industries. You should be able to demonstrate some success stories from the recent past.

The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written. You also need to be strong administratively in terms of reporting and tracking progress.

You should have a large current corporate database in order to fulfill the B2B annual sales KPI’s.

The candidate will be required to recruit and build a formidable sales team that can achieve very aggressive annual targets.

Salary AED20 to AED25,000 Plus a sizable bonus for achieving the targets and surpassing them

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Setting up the B2B sales strategy, including all the company locations within the UAE for the following target groups
  • Corporate Events (inclusive of team building, special celebrations, annual gatherings, end of year parties…etc
  • Schools, securing daily (weekdays) visits from private and public schools/ universities across all ages from 8yo all the way up to universities to our parks
  • Special Interest Groups; identify any such groups that are on the lookout for venues to host their reoccurring gatherings
Creating and building the sales business pipeline for the above target groups
Identify and agree to annual sales targets across all company venues in the UAE for the above target groups
Identify and develop all sales collateral (with assistance from marketing team) required to assist daily sales calls and meetings to the above groups which includes but not limited to:
  • PPT presentations
  • Leaflets and fliers
  • Information packs
  • Leave behinds
Make calls and attend meetings with prospective clients to secure their business
Build the commercial offers for each B2B enquiry, share it with the potential client and follow-up till the deal is closed
