The Technical Manager is responsible for all the technical designs of projects executed and oversees the technical department, while considering business management.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or has worked with proven records in an industrial refrigeration industry.

Job Description

Responsibilities and duties:
· Head the mechanical engineering department (Mechanical engineers & drafts-engineers).
· Takes the technical responsibility of projects once awarded.
· Comes-up with technical solutions within the agreed budget.
· Attend project meetings with clients & consultants to clarify projects’ technical requirements.
· Agree with project managers and electrical department the logical functionality of the
systems designed.
· Develop, plan and Implement new technical acceptable innovations.
· Organize training facilities for his technical team both internal and external.
· Must create procedures and standardization within his department.
· Implementation of AutoCAD, BIM and Revit standards and skills.
· Motivates his (and other people within the organization) in order to bring them to a higher
level and responsibilities.
· Gives relevant feedback to all department in the organization when necessary.
· Implement and follow-up guidelines of the General Manager.
· Keeps healthy relation between Company and their sub-suppliers and sister companies.
· Be an example for the organization and maintain a faultless level of integrity.
· Perform other related duties as required by the Direct Line Manager
