Our Client, a Leading Manufacturing company of piping products in the UAE, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indian language speaking Sr. Sales Engineer and Sr. Sales & Business Development Executive with minimum 5 years Pipes Sales/MEP experience in UAE to expand their Sales operations in the UAE and the GCC. Minimum 5 years similar experience in the UAE

Having wide range of contacts/leads/connections in the MEP market sector
Strong sales and business development skills
Arabic speaking and having at least 5 years similar experience in the UAE’s MEP market is essential.
Having BS/BE or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage
Having knowledge about plumbing work and water supply is an advantage
Highly result oriented and committed to the targets
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Having warm and friendly personality
Ability and willing to fast learning and work in a team,

Job Description

Proficiency in MS-Office, AutoCAD, ERP and MEP design software
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential 
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Fluent in English and Indian language (spoken and written)

  • Contact and meet the potential customers parties in the target markets
  • Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations explaining products and solutions to prospective customers
  • Generate inquiries, follow-up and book orders as per the set targets
  • Follow up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts
  • Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to contractors and other required parties.
  • Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading MEP Consultants and Contractors
  • Research market in terms of potential projects and customers.
  • Travel in the UAE and/or GCC to visit the projects/potential customers
  • Site visits to train and control the installation and test procedure
