Our very successful client is recruiting full time experienced on-site online Digital and Marketing Assistant.
Experienced in digital, ecommerce, SEO & Content creation, SM Media planning and offline marketing (exhibitions, presentations, marketing tools and presentatiions). Excellent English/Arabic content creation skills.
Job is based in Sharjah.
Main skills should be a digital skilled person – experienced in creating content - Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) are a must. Other knowledge in using creative software tools such as Canvass, Photoshop and Illustrator are welcome.
Language should be English & Arabic for content creation.
Ideally you will have at least 3-5 years marketing experience in Perfumery, Beauty, Fragrance Oil, Packaging
FMCG experienced candidates will be considered.
You will be an English/Arabic speaker with good writing skills.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE
1- Assist marketing manager in launching a NEW website version (Study, Design, Pilot & implementation)
2- Help in selecting the right online website platform or online website agency for complete new design.
3 - Maintain and update existing website on a daily/ weekly basis
- Add new pack products pages/ Add 1 fragrance item per week
- Update New Promo banners in all SM platforms every month
- Improve company presentation section on website
- Answer online clients’ inquiries daily.
Follow up with online clients requests samples
5- Data analytics report
Generate Monthly Website Analytics Report and propose adaptive new solutions
SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
Assist in creating Digital Strategic Plan incl. all social media platforms.
Develop monthly Digital Content Calendar aligning with yearly marketing calendar.
Study and open new relevant social media platforms and maintain it with adapted content (Tiktok, Snaphat, Pinterest etc…)
Content Creation & SEO Optimization
Assist marketing manager in developing social media campaigns for new products launches, promo offers and post it in all existing SM platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, database)
Increase SEO by creating relevant industry content in English & Arabic text.
Create and post a min. of 6 posts per week on INSTA- FB and a min of 2 posts per week on Linked In (1 corporate/ 1 product oriented)
Edit and send online monthly fragrance newsletters.
Assist in preparing creative brief to share with graphic designer for new campaigns visuals.
Help in creating new Promo Banners Visuals for new products launches or new promotional products and send it to clients’ database via MailChimp’s.
Social Media Plan
Help Marketing Manager in Dvp. social media plan with yearly budget plan, revised monthly
Analyze statistics, ROI and adapt accordingly to online campaign results.
Improving e.commerce conversion, CTC rate, search optimization, customer data analysis, customer insights, navigation, filter improvement etc.
Database update & client profiling
Consolidate and maintain 2 main Master database with
- existing client data only (extracted from SAP)
- Prospects contacts collected from (Exhibitions, onlinerequests, Collected Business cards)
send monthly flash info, newsletters to our database via MailChimp
Ass. marketing manager in preparing marketing tools such as fragrances catalogues, perfumes trends presentations, packaging catalogue, client’s presentations via PowerPoint or Canvass (Photoshop and illustrators are a Plus)
Co-ordinate and organize events/activities/ exhibitions (DBW, SBW, PCD) Beauty World Dubai Coordination
Help in preparing artworks with designer and follow up on printing decorated bottles with production.
Help in preparing all marketing tools needed for stand, deco items, products display, samples, stickers, cardboards.
Co-ordinate pro-active & reactive projects for market reviews & fragrance tool-kits from design inception, layout to content
identify market trends across different applications via MINTEL, EUROMONITOR and other tools
Smell and thereby growing olfactive knowledge of Fine Fragrance.
Design and conceptualize fragrance stories and boards to support the commercial team & end customer
Liaise with external stakeholders for internal based requests (activities ranging from packaging requests to Beautyworld exhibition suppliers)
Lead weekly sessions to highlight new products & ingredients
Prepare brand sheets FF market products along with fragrance/olfactive mappings
