On behalf of our reputable MNC client, we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative

Purpose of the role is to offer best possible customer satisfaction for business success, such as manage customer requests, maintain good relationship with customers and order management. You will handle pre-sales, sales, after sales, customer support and administrative tasks. (full scope below)

Experience, competencies and preferred knowledge:

5 years as a CSR in a MNC in the Middle East
Knowledge of logistical processes, Incoterms
Basic commercial knowledge
Experience working as part of an extremely pressurised sales team.
Very strong customer service skills, English language and communication skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with conflicts
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy
Good computer skills, including SAP.
Bachelor's degree and advantage but not critical

Customer Service Representative is part of the sales team working together with the Sales Manager. Other interfaces are Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Credit, Technical and Commercial Marketing.

Customer master data maintenance
Price Maintenance
Sample order handling

Order acceptance and entry
Order change management
Order delivery tracking and exception management

After Sales
Complaint handling
Organise returns
Credit/debit note and rebate handling
Dunning/invoice collection handling

Evaluation e-business potential
Maintenance of SAP tables 
Product catalog maintenace
Master data maintenance for E-Invoicing
Customer support for implementation at the customer
Exception management

Customer Support
Manage customer requests
Maintain good relationship with customers
monitoring order patterns
Sales Manager/Key Account Manager
Mailing of product information

Back-up CSR colleagues
Other administrative activities e.g. filing, archiving
Communication interfaces

Regional Tasks
Export regulations, document handling
monitoring general delivery agreements
