Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing in North America, the Marketing Manager will also work closely with the International President and Strategic Account Directors to provide marketing support and lead international marketing activities.  
The role will primarily work out of the Dubai office, with the option to work remotely one or two days a week.  They will also manage an International Marketing Specialist based in Singapore.
You should have the flexibility for occasional travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
 • Coordinate sponsorship of client events
 • Develop relationships with international trade media to generate press opportunities including but not limited to press releases, whitepapers, articles, case studies, etc.
 • Partner with brand clients to launch brand-specific, client-facing newsletters
• Collect client success stories and statistics for client-facing newsletters and collateral
• Contribute to FPG social media, helping to maintain a global presence
• Build targeted LinkedIn advertisements
 • Stay up to date on Hospitality Industry news and trends, as well as marketing tools, trends and techniques
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Provide general support for all marketing efforts

Core Competencies:
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Mandarin would be a bonus 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, PR, or Advertising 
• 2-4 years’ experience working in a B2B, international marketing environment 
• Excellent copywriting and business writing skills
 • Excellent management and leadership skills
 • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint 
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 
• Vast knowledge of social media platforms
 • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google AdWords 
• Experience with WordPress and Salesforce preferred 
• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
