Our UK client, market leaders in the manufacture and supply of top-of-the-line equipment with operations in the Saudi Wireline Pressure Control Equipment Market, is looking for an experienced BDM/General Manager for their operation in KSA. You must have the experience and ability to undertake the various components of this diverse role, with primary focus on significantly increasing their market share. You will report to the company’s Managing Director based in the UK.

The successful candidate must be/have:

Job Description

The majority and most important aspect of the role is sales. You must have the ability to properly promote the company, its products, and services, obtain opportunities to quote and to close the deals.

The company has made significant progress to date, but they are of the opinion that with the required focus they can achieve a far greater market share and it will be the responsibility of this Position to make it happen.

You will also provide the support aspect, i.e. supporting the equipment sold and ensuring that spares and advice are always available, as well as the servicing side of the business.  The company offers full maintenance/servicing for any Wireline Pressure Control Equipment already supplied and are also looking to extend this service to other clients/equipment.

You will also be responsible for the overall general management side of the business, with responsibility over the facility and its upkeep, the budget, employment and employees and company vehicles.

Full support in terms of pricing, quoting, order updates/progressing and direct delivery where required will be provided from the UK office.  Training in systems, equipment and services will be given.
