Our Client is a 360 degree agency providing: Social Media Management, Content Curation, Ads, Video Motion, Influencers, etc. They are Facebook Marketing partners. They implement digital strategies with a common objective: to make their client's business grow day after day by using digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Qualifications:• 5+ years of social media management experience • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred • Proficient using multi-social posting programs

Job Description

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's as well as client's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Communication, Writing, Creativity, Logical, Efficiency & Top-Notch Organization, Digital Marketing, Agility, Data Analysis, Awareness of Pop Culture and Current Events, Good Business sense and Objective-Oriented.

ResponsibiIities:
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, lnstagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
• Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, lnstagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation as well as client's branding strategy.
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
• Undertake audience research.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Manage a budget for social media activities Qualifications:
• 5+ years of social media management experience • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,public relations or related field
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, etc.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
