Our Client is a UAE based Real Estate Brokers representing developers of prestigious UK and UAE Real Estate
The required candidate will be based in the UAE, and have experience working with a UAE based Property Consultancy carrying out UK Off plan sales.
Alternatively a candidate newly arrived with up to date experience of UK off plan property sales will also be of interest.
Responsibility & Requirements
• Negotiating offers between buyers & developers
• 2-year minimum experience in UK Off-plan sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong English skills (spoken and written) with further languages being of advantage
Salary: Basic salary 7-8K
For candidates with a very strong track record in the Middle East in UK real estate sales a basic salary in the 8-10k range may be considered.
Additionally there is a generous commission structure and an annual bonus structure.
Job Description
Travel to GCC countries for road shows, private meetings with clients is required
Ideally our client is looking for candidates who are currently working in UK Real Estate sales here in the GCC OR are in Dubai Real estate Sales and have a strong understanding of the UK property market who have worked in any UK real estate sales capacity in the past.
